In 2013, three friends rented a small fire hall outside of Rochester,
New York in an effort to clean out their garages and at the same time promote
their respective businesses. They invited more friends to participate and
defray the cost of the building rental; and on a brutally cold November
day, the first "Post Turkey Day Motorcycle Swap
Meet" was held.
The following November, the same three friends, now calling themselves
the "Bikeaholics" hosted a second
successful swap meet in a larger hall...but still ran out of floor space,
opting to give people outdoor spots in the parking lot for free.
The 1st Bikeaholics Swap Meet
By the Spring of 2016 it was decided that a larger facilty was needed,
and that adding hot rod, vintage and race car parts as well as automotive
and petroliana collectables made sense; so their third event was renamed
the "All Wheels Swap Meets" and held at the historic and spacious
Rochester Main Street Armory.
And it worked. It worked really well in fact.
Today, 3Fi Group partners Ron Bajorek,
a hot rod and motorcycle enthusiest and collector who owns the Bajorek Insurance
Agency, and Brian "The Brush" Briskie,
a car guy, custom painter and pinstriper who owns Brian The Brush World
Headquarters produce two All Wheels Swap Meets each year; one in March and
another in November, the weekend after Thanksgiving (and who's not ready
to get out of the house the weekend after Thanksgiving?!)
